We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED face shield package within fifteen (15) days of the date of delivery.

EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
Currently, the only way to exchange a product is to return it and make a new order.

RETURN POLICY
Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The products you wish to return:
· must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were received by you; 
· must be returned complete with all of their parts and accessories;
· must be sent in their original packaging;
· must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within fifteen (15) days of the date of delivery;
Only if all of these conditions are satisfied, will we refund the value of the returned face shields. 

CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Email us within 24 hours after placing your order at hello@tblackpharma.com. We will cancel your order, if it has not been shipped yet.

RETURN YOUR ORDER
Before returning a package, we kindly ask you to email us within 7 days from the delivery date at hello@tblackpharma.com explaining why you are returning it.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 
If your product has any defect, you can return it free of any charge.
Simply follow the steps listed above.
In this case, you will receive a product with the same exact features of the product you previously ordered, without any defect.

SHIPPING COSTS
If you choose to return a product for any reason other than a defect, shipping costs will be subtracted from the value of the refund.
Please note that we do not have control over customs offices in your country. As such, it may occasionally happen that your package is temporarily held by customs, which may delay the delivery time.
